Coby Ingle

As BioPrecision's director of remote training services, Coby Ingle extends the organization's player development work to athletes who train outside of Morgantown. He pairs BioPrecision's biomechanics and performance data with a development approach built across the youth, high school, college, and professional levels.

A North Carolina native, Ingle is the founder of The Athletes Facility, a baseball development facility built to help athletes maximize their potential both on and off the field. In its first year, the facility served more than 500 athletes, helped produce 70 college commitments, worked with 3 professional players, and developed 25 pitchers who reached 90+ mph.

Ingle also serves as national scouting director for Canes Baseball, one of the premier travel baseball organizations in the country. Over the last eight years, Canes Baseball has produced more than 4,500 college commitments and 60 first-round MLB Draft picks. In the 2026 MLB Draft alone, the organization had 45 players selected, including the No. 1 and No. 2 overall picks.

That national scouting network, and a track record of developing talent from youth athletes to first-round draft picks, is what Ingle brings to athletes training with BioPrecision from anywhere in the country. He treats baseball as a vehicle to develop more than great players — an opportunity to build faith, character, discipline, resilience, and leadership, and that is the standard he sets for the athletes he works with.
